Super fun place to stay

We reported multiple problems, including cleanliness, sour smelling towels, and a broken front door lock. We were told that the "team started addressing the concerns, but more time is needed" yet nothing was done, so we felt unsafe the entire trip because anyone could easily enter the home. My guess is that it's not the homeowner's fault, but that of Vacasa. I would probably look for a different property management company to rent from. Home wasn't cleaned: - Crumbs all over the couches. - Hair ties on the floor and hair in the bathroom. - Dusty fixtures. - Some of the towels were sour smelling, rendering them unusable.

The door lock code provided was incorrect, and it took about 10 calls and nearly 45 minutes late at night to get the issue resolved. The person who assisted sounded half asleep, which added to the frustration. There were no extra trash bags provided, which was inconvenient for a three-night stay. We also requested a late checkout on the day of checkout but never received a response. Given the check-in delays, some flexibility would have been appreciated, but there was no acknowledgment, remorse, or effort to help.

Bedrooms and locations perfect for our family of 10 (three families) Could have been cleaner .. back porch unusable from bird poop everywhere..

I found the lodge staff extraordinary especially the restaurant staff. It was ideal match for an extraordinary place,Kititas County.

The home was fantastic. Comfortable, with all the things we needed to enjoy a few days of golf in Suncadia.
