Comfort & Charm in the Heart of Seattle

We loved the location with the two car garage. Very comfortable with modern amenities. Walking distance to French Guys bakery and bus stop!

Loved the 3 separate spaces but the 2nd floor as a communal area. Loved!

The location of this property is fantastic! We chose a different property but prior to our stay, vacasa reached out with alternatives twice due to our choice becoming unavailable after booking. This one has a 2 car garage but a narrow driveway to reach it that opens up a bit behind the properties (3 townhouses in a row). The railing to the upstairs was not installed properly. The mattresses were low quality foam. And we also noted some electrical issues with an installed portable a/c unit that would blow the breaker if turned on and lights in the dining area that flickered if turned on. Overall, it was spacious with a nice kitchen. We were lucky with mild weather so the fans in the property were enough to keep the temp reasonable. It could be loud at night with road noise being on a busy road with a hill while also in a very walkable community. Lots of yelling overnight on the weekend especially from people outside on thesidewalk.

Great location, close to food, shopping, public transit (if you don't mind some hilly walks). House is lovely, well-maintained and spacious, but lots of stairs, so best for able-bodied adults. Garage parking an unusual plus for the neighborhood.

I loved the entire visit, the townhome was beatiful and modern. Beds were extremely comfortable and the unit overall was just fantastic!!! If you don't rent this unit you will kick yourself for it!!!

This is a lovely home that is conveniently located in Seattle. Having garage parking was great. Main issue was with heating and cooling as it is a 3 story space.
