An assortment of bicycles is provided for exploring the neighborhood. Community amenities that you'll have access to during your stay include tennis and pickleball courts, and a park zip line. There's also an HOA-operated boat ramp allowing for easy motorized boat/jet ski access. Golfers in the group will appreciate that the home is just a short ferry ride and an easy drive to the renowned, Chambers Bay Golf Course, as well as the on-island course. Riviera Golf Course is also located right on the island and features an executive course routing, plus a putting green and a driving range. The main home is furnished for contemporary comfort, with features including a full kitchen and a private washer/dryer. Convenient kitchen additions also include an instant pot, crockpot, griddle, and toaster oven. A variety of games, children's toys, board games, a Nintendo Wii console, and plenty of DVDs provide endless home entertainment for all ages. Teens and younger guests will love having their own space in the separate bunkhouse.
