Ferry the short distance to Jacobs Point Park, just two miles away, offering hiking trails, and wildlife viewing of orcas, seals, and eagles. A short walk from your home, you can kayak, swim, or fish for trout at Josephine Lake. The Riviera Community Club is also within walking distance and has a beautiful golf course and a clubhouse with dining options. Things to know:

Please be aware that the driveway is quite steep. Please do not take a running start or accelerate aggressively when approaching it. The best approach is to take it slowly and accelerate gradually all the way to the top. Aggressive driving can damage the driveway. Very peaceful. Had deer in the back yard. Would be a great place for a larger family or small group of people. Close walk to the lake and Rivera restaurant. Didn't have paddles for the kayaks which was bummer.

The home was clean and spacious with quick access to the lake. Although this home doesn't have its own dock on the lake, there is access across the street down a short trail. The deck is a great size and an amazing place to enjoy the property. I will definitely consider booking this property again!

Spacious, lots of room for two-three families. Nice layout. Lots of stuff in the cabinets. Driveway is a bit steep, gotta exit carefully not to bottom out. Beds, towels, sheets, bathrooms were very clean.
