Perfect accommodations for our family!

This rental adequately met our needs while in Ballard visiting family.

Vacasa review Unfortunately, our stay fell short in terms of cleanliness. The carpets were scattered with crumbs, under the furniture had not been vacuumed in some time, the bedding appeared unwashed with hair on the pillows and bedsheets, and the bathrooms were also not cleaned(dirty toilet and hair on shower curtain). We also found a dirty sock and water bottle under one of the beds. We reached out to host and received a call the next day. They offered to send out a cleaner, but we had already changed sheets ourselves and were settled in. The cleaning fee was refunded but this definitely was unacceptable and made an impact on our stay. We highly recommend if you stay at this property to immediately check the property upon arrival for cleanliness. Other things to note, lots of stairs, hard/uncomfortable beds. The living room couch was uncomfortable and seating was limited. The location was great for our trip, parking was easy to find, there was enough room for our group, plenty of towels, nice to have laundry on site and have multiple bathrooms for our group.

Just what we needed!

The house was everything we needed for our five day trip for a family wedding. We were glad we did not rent a car because parking would have been a challenge overall it was a very nice stay.

Although the pictures look good, the sparse furniture is very dated and the large rug in the living room is stained.
