Great location. Easy to find, great Parking off-street. Excellent Security and ease of Entry and Check out. A lot of care has clearly gone into creating a great rental home! Big yard and a beautiful view. Nice neighbors too!

We recently spent the weekend at Summit Lookout Bungalow property with or two children and my inlaws. Our family frequently travels and stays in rental homes all over the PNW. We all agreed that it was one of the most cozy, well-stocked homes we've ever rented. It was the perfect place to spend a typical unpredictable PNW weekend with its brightly-hued seascape feel, and snuggly blankets in every room. We thoroughly enjoyed the local amenities in both Raymond and South Bend during our stay, including, the Carriage Museum, C&C's (classic diner), and Elixer Coffee shop and attached art gallery. It was a perfect setting for nature-lovers. In one weekend we counted 21 deer and over 35 varieties of birds. The Summit Street and surrounding neighborhood were also very walkable for all ages with a gorgeous view of the river. Not surprisingly, my childrens' favorite aspect of the house was the fully-loaded game room in the basement. As a family, one of our favorite aspects of the Summit House was the fire pit that overlooked the Willapa River-a perfect place to roast marshmallows, eat pizza from the Willapa Brewery, and gaze upon deer walking through the property. We will definitely be recommending this home for friends and family looking for a cozy escape.
