This rental was a headache from day 1. Vacasa should be ashamed to present someone's house in the state it was for us. Usually when renting a vacation unit it is clean, everything in working order (or disclosed prior to), & the important information displayed somewhere. PROS: had lots of kitchen items, quiet street (not during 4th of July), heaters in every room, W/D good, location. CONS: our experiences Hot Tub, not in working order (should be drained & tagged out professionally) & DISCLOSED TO RENTERS! (We rented specifically for the hot tub) - Pillows were horrible (bring your own if possible) - Pine needles/food/dirt on the entranceway & kitchen. - Vaccum completely full of dog hair - Place smelt of wet dog - Carpet slightly damp - front & back porch covered with pine needles - thorn bushes growing into driveway - sheets & towels still in dryer - socks & towels on floor beside washer & dryer - coffee pot missing basket to hold filter - 1 bedroom window was open & all others were unlocked! -creepy ass crawl space (needs locked up) - no sheet of important information physically in the unit - Trash & recycling times MIA - Trash had previous Trash in it - Trash & recycling still at curb - internet modem unplugged & TV not wanting to connect (slow & spotty throughout the visit) - ice maker became very slow halfway through - No information on how to change beds (2 of the 3 were sleep# set to 100% firm) it was horrible, didn't know until the last night we could change them!

The entire property was delightful, but the value was the clincher for us. We enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen, the comfortable beds and access to a washer and dryer. The yard was the perfect size to play and relax in, the neighborhood is quiet but it's close to everything we needed. Overall this is hands down the best vrbo we've stayed at, I highly recommend staying here.
