With more attention to cleaning, yard care and better linens, this property would be acceptable.

Quiet townhouse conveniently located one block just around the corner to the beach and lighthouse trail, which is awesome. Could use some paint touch ups here and there but that is negligible. Nice, clean hot tub with great temperature. We slept really well and so did the kids. Located near a playground as well.

I loved that it was not that far from the beach and town. Neighborhood was very quiet and sitting in the back you could hear the ocean waves so soothing

Wonderful place for a weekend getaway

Location is great being very close to the beach. The front door lock was a nightmare. Total pain to get the door to unlock. Hot tub was great and fun basketball game in the garage. Living room was really small and difficult to accommodate the 6 of us. It is combined with the kitchen and dining room which was good, but limited seating away from the dining table. Was clean and we enjoyed our stay

What we liked about this place was the size that I had three bedrooms one of them being a bunkbed. I don’t think the TV in every room is necessary when vacation should be about getting outside and enjoying family time. The beds were good enough and I really appreciate the pack and play. My husband enjoyed the hot tub. It would’ve been nice to be notified ahead of time of the hot tub maintenance people coming during our stay. Thank you for allowing us the stay at your place.
