I loved my stay at this cottage. It’s in a very peaceful location one house away from the beach, but not directly on it. There is still access to the beach. The views are incredible, and the cabin itself is small and cute. It has a full kitchen with dishes and appliances and the place was very clean. The only downside was the lack of A/C on the warm week that I stayed. It was over 90° and was tough to cool down at night even with all of the fans running.

Fantastic location, cute little cottage, got to see whales not even 50 ft from shore, wonderful forage spot for clams, mussels, seaweed and oysters

The whole cottage was updated with new fixtures and appliances. It has a beautiful electric fireplace, and nice television. It doesn't sit right on the water.

The Mermaid Cottage was the perfect little getaway for me and my husband. The cottage had everything we needed. It was very clean and welcoming. There’s a great view of the sound from the front porch, as well as a couple of chairs down closer to the water. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a getaway for two.
