Shaws Cove Beachouse

Our family had an absolute blast at this incredible home. So many things to do and see, although we spent most of our time paddle boarding with all the seals in the cove. The deck has amazing views and it was great to wind down every night in the hot tub. Jaw dropper of a property - we loved it!

I’ve stayed in several vacation rentals over the years, this was the most well appointed home and the most stunning location by far. What must have been a dozen seals kept us company all weekend and slept on the dock in front of the house each night as well. The outdoor space is vast and directly on the water. The views are unforgettable. The landscaping throughout the entire property is amazing. I could go on and on, not one detail was missed. We are very grateful that we had the opportunity to stay at Shaw’s Cove Beach House.

Horsehead Bay is magical and the deck on this home puts it right outside your door. We spent hours outside, eating, boating, chatting, in the hot tub, and walking the garden. The pictures are perfectly accurate, but it's even more beautiful. Garden vistas are perfectly framed out every window. Stars fill the sky at night. Seals become your best friends and follow you when you paddle. We saw eagles, egrets and herons. We had a blast playing pool and foosball. There are comfy couches and chairs in every nook. The linens are gorgeous, towels luxurious. We would have loved to stay a week! We had four generations together, from 8 months to 89 years old. Everyone was comfortable and happy. Highly recommend.
