It's a beautiful apartment and comfortable

The condo is gorgeous inside. We only had 2 bath towels which was frustrating since it sleeps 4. Also, when we pulled back the comfoter, there was some hair on the sheets and pillows so it didn't get cleaned. Other than that, it had a beautiful view & beautiful furnishings!!

Overall the time at Suncadia was great. Wonderful views, restaurants and company. However, we were provided the wrong door code without any check in instructions. It took several hours to sort out. Which after several hour drive with our dog was less than ideal. The fix was a Suncadia employee being able to guess the door code. Luckily the Suncadia staff were helpful or we probably wouldn’t have made it into the unit. Vacasa kept saying a local representative would be there to help. We were never contacted by the local Vacasa employee. The owner of this unit definitely needs to update the instructions/notes in the Vacasa system. When we called Vacasa for help, they were under the impression entry into this unit was via lockbox not a key code. Other than that issue, the stay was great. Definitely recommend Suncadia.

Condo was very clean and bright. The setting is beautiful, looking over trees and spectacular vacation homes from the 3rd floor outdoor balcony. Kitchen is well equipped and has high end appliances. Could use some more seating in the living area and some kind of blinds on the living room windows for night time privacy.

All the bedding/pillows were covered in dog hair (as well as the spare bedding in the closet) & the back door wouldn't lock. I had to rent a hotel in a different city for the weekend. Nobody responded to fix the issues. I asked for a full refund and even attached all the photos and receipt of my other hotel stay. I got one email telling me a "local team" made a decision that an insulting $55 was a proper enough refund. $55 for me to not even be able to stay there at all. How is this even right? This truly deserves a full refund. I spent a bunch of time on the phone with 2 different people telling me there was nothing else they could do. They couldn't even give me any other contact info...they didn't have the "local teams" phone or email. Both TV remotes also had dead batteries. If you need anything, especially for a company to act with integrity...RUN I can't even begin to understand how $55 was considered ok. I couldn't/didn't even get to stay in the place I paid for. Come on.
