Based on the last 2 years of reviews your organization has done ZERO to improve this unit. We experienced the following, 1) the sofa sleeper was absolutely filthy. There was food under the cushions, food on the sheets, food under the mattress and food under the sofa. We had to change the sheets. The mattress was worse than useless. 2) The main bedroom sleep number mattress controls didn't work, 3) the 2 TV's didn't work, 4) several lights were burnt out, 5) the carpets were filthy, 6) the handle on the soaking tub was loose and had to be held in place to operate, 7) the refrigerator door seal was leaking cold air causing the refrigerator to run almost constantly, 8) oh, the kitchen, poorly equipped and poorly organized. We've stayed in vacation rentals all over the world and this was by far the worse. If I was the owner, I would demand every penny I paid in cleaning fees back, IMMEDIATELY!

Prices increased quick from first booking.. pictures make the property look alot bigger than it is.. really cramped if you do sleep 8.. there was the 2of us.. and we were glad we didn’t invite anyone else. We were just comfy

A guys weekend that was amazing, the Trailhead Lodge was amazing, easy booking, very fair price especially for as nice as it was. Very informative and communicated before and throughout our stay. WiFi worked well, very clean, the shower was amazing and had heated floors in the bathrooms, very close to the Suncadia Lodge and lots of things to do on the property. The ease of everything was very hassle free and stress free. 10/10 experience and will be back.
