Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Our family of 4 loved this rental. My wife, son and daughter had the most amazing time in our return trip to Seattle and feel staying here was a huge part. The proximity to Pike Place, Target and all the sights of Seattle made vacationing through this Vacasa property an unforgettable time. The amenities were amazing, we spent almost every day at the indoor pool and gym and enjoyed the views from the outside deck area. The hosts were also very accommodating and caring. We highly recommend this rental!

Newmark Tower remains a great spot for our team when visiting Seattle. The unit we stayed at for this particular trip had a nicely outfitted kitchen with plenty of cutting boards and pans to prep and cook food in. We prefer staying in these units primarily so that we can make our own food during the trip, so it's always nice when the kitchen is well stocked with spices, utensils and other basics. The in-unit laundry was also exceptionally helpful, and the staff at the front desk were all lovely to us throughout our stay.

The air conditioning unit in the apartment made extremely loud noises, both when it was turned on and off. These noises were so disruptive that they prevented us from sleeping properly on several nights. The noise episodes could last for at least an hour and occurred multiple times throughout the night, making our stay very uncomfortable. We appreciate that a technician was sent to inspect the issue. However, we were informed that the noise was due to the AC unit being old and that it could not be repaired, therefore, we could not sleep. Very frustrating.
