We loved just about everything about this room and building. It offers wonderful views of Elliot Bay and Pike Place Market, it is very conveniently located and has wonderful amenities. We made use of the pool and hot tub and the beds were very nice. However, we are from the south and came during summer where the days were mostly in the mid-70s, but that makes the room even hotter and very uncomfortable. The portable ACs and fans helped some, but we had to keep the windows open at night and the shades pulled down during the day to too cool down. The exhaust hose was even missing on one of the portable AC units and the other one it kept coming loose. The street noise was also loud at night with the windows open, and even shot fireworks until 5:30am on July 4th so we got zero rest the first night. I probably would not have chosen this unit during the summertime. We will miss the views, but we are glad to be back in air conditioning.

Location perfect; able to walk pretty much everywhere. And there’s a light rail station close by if you need to get out to the suburbs for any reason. There’s a Target and a CVS in the building and loads of great restaurants nearby. Unit is comfortable and the view can’t be beat.

Very close to waterfront activities, Pike Public Market, and Light Rail access. Washer and Dryer located inside the unit worked well.

We LOVED the view! Best we could ask for! The condo was spacious and comfortable in a great location. Super helpful and friendly concierge. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub and husband used the gym everyday. We appreciated the secure parking spot (and guest parking). We would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay in downtown Seattle- it was perfect!

We enjoyed the unit but there were some issues that need some attention. The place was nice and the view was awesome. If renting this unit in the summer make sure you keep the shades closed during the day. The unit will get hot and with no A/C it will take a while to cool down using the portable fans.
