Bayfront Retreat

The rooms were very open and comfortable. The area had plenty of parking with easy access to the bay. Beautiful views and a very relaxed vibe which was very nice. That said, the gym and pool that is advertised we were not allowed to access which is a reason the fee is so high. This was very disappointing especially when we were given the run around and then told it wasn't part of our reservation.

The view was gorgeous, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were a great size for each individual person to have their own space. We have stayed here multiple times and we keep coming back for a reason! The location is gorgeous, check-in is seamless, there is amazing value for your money, and the hosts/guest services are always very communicative and helpful. Would wholeheartedly recommend this Bayfront Retreat to anyone looking for a place in the area!

The view was lovely, and it was delightful watching the local heron and other birds fly by. Both condos are very nice and between them the kitchens were well stocked with pans, etc. Being in Port Ludlow off season was so peaceful, and we were glad to have parking for 4 cars (family gathering). The wifi was not working in either unit for most of our stay. It is probably working fine now. Coordination between Vacasa (AI chatbot?) and the HOA to replace a unit was patchy. This was a bit inconvenient because our son had hoped to work on something on his computer that was due the day after his visit.

The view. The condition of the house EXCEPT that in one of the rooms there was almost no water pressure. As a result, I tried to, and finally did, take a shower with only a dribble of water. I called the help number. They did come by but did not fix the issue. We left today with still no water pressure in my shower. ( The other three showers worked fine.

One unit was nice, the other one was less so. No hot water in one unit for half the stay. Customer service post stay doesn’t seem to be interested in making it right.
