Pros: The view is gorgeous. Yard is fully fenced. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. No kettle if you are a tea drinker you need to use a pot on the stove. Stove elements were wonky so have to watch your food carefully.. Beds are comfortable. Washer and dryer in unit. For the most part it was really good. Cons— floor upstairs is very loud when downstairs in the bedrooms. Shower is okay… no real shelf so things stored on the floor. Not ideal for my 85yr mom. Downstairs had a funky smell so windows kept open all the time.

A neglected house with great views. Smelled terrible upon arrival and continued to smell bad throughout out our stay. It needs a deep cleaning; cobwebs everywhere, dirt and dust everywhere, pots and pans had baked on food, silverware dirty, floors were supposedly newer but were filthy, dirty windows, outside deck hadn't been cleaned in years. This house has a serious moisture issue that has created quite the stench in it. Advice to anyone who rents this: open the windows immediately upon arrival, turn on every fan supplied, turn on the 2 dehumidifiers (you will probably have to clean them before using) in the house, keep your clothes in your car so they don't absorb the smell, and spend some time cleaning. Then go outside and enjoy the awesome views. Problems with house were reported within the first few hours of occupancy and were never addressed sufficiently. Read reviews of Vacasa and proceed with caution. Their poor communication and poor service made this a truly poor experience. We have lots of proof of the poor condition of the house as well as proof of poor response times from Vacasa should they wish to counter this review with corporate nonsense. This house could be something amazing but not under Vacasa's management. Hey Vacasa: get your act together, deal with issues properly and quickly, and at least attempt to care. Its obvious from this experience you don't.

Cozy cabin by the water. Rustic. Great views. Relaxing. Hard to leave to go home!

The first day I was there I saw this huge head sticking out of the water and as it moved I got the binoculars and realized I was looking at a giant sea lion with his head popped out of the water and his mouth open. That was cool to see and I loved watching bald eagles and deer in the yard. This view is everything here. The house itself is quirky. They added on the bedroom next to the garage which is on a tri-level floor and is the master. So weird to have the master go right into the garage. The bed was super comfy though. Also the downstairs room with the queen bed was also very comfortable but I did sit on the single bed in the third room just to see how it felt and it was as hard as a rock, lucky we didn’t have to use that room. If you are renting this place for a family gathering this isn’t for you. The oven range is from 1973 original and you can forget about a dishwasher. Everything washed by hand! Yikes! The downstairs bathroom is just a wash basin. There is no shower head so a bath is the only thing you can do in that one with no shower curtain either. The shower upstairs shares the laundry room. The house was well stocked with anything we needed. Vacasa is good in that sense. I think the value was good for this house but it certainly isn’t for everyone.
