Awesome folks to deal with, had questions upon arriving they answered within minutes. House was great, we really enjoyed everything. Quite, peacefull and temperatures were in the low 60's. Just perfect.

This beautiful home is nestled in the trees within earshot of the ocean. There's a fire pit and hot tub for relaxing outdoors. The beach is a stone's throw away. We felt right at home

Nice large family home secluded in the trees and close to beach. Has deferred maintenance. Dont count on hot tub. Bathrooms and linens clean. But comfortable and relaxing. Blue buoy for breakfast is worth the wait.

Overall, the house itself was great—comfortable, well-located, and a nice place to stay. However, there were a few issues that impacted our experience. The propane tanks for the BBQ were empty, making it unusable. The hot tub cover was extremely heavy and didn’t fit properly, and the water level was low & it was dirty, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it. The maintenance person never showed, as specified. We also had ongoing issues with garbage being disturbed despite securing the bins, and noticed a missing smoke detector on the main floor. Cleanliness in the primary bedroom was also a concern, as the master comforter appeared unwashed and had debris and stains on it. The mattress cover in the queen room desperately needed a good wash. I did reach out to the property manager about these items after our stay and did not receive a response. With a bit more attention to maintenance and communication, this could easily be a 5-star property.
