We enjoyed our stay and the cabin was lovely. However, Vacasa customer service was completely useless. I called the night I checked in about an issue with one of the thermostats/heaters not working and the person I talked to said they would send someone the next day. Despite multiple attempts by me to follow up, no one ever came and the issue was never resolved.

The cabin was perfect for our group of of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids). Couldn't get the pellet stove to turn on. Maybe needs a new fuse? As always-1 star for Vacasa's 10am check out policy. Ugh! It's too early for people w/ kids

It was so nice not to only have a six minute commute to get to and from our snowboarding lessons last Friday and Sunday at Summit West. Friday was a particularly wet day for us to be on the slopes and the warm and comfortable cabin with hot tub ways an awesome way for us to quickly warm up. The cabin was well stocked with what we needed. We enjoyed playing foosball and various board games at the dining table and lounging on the comfortable couches. Thanks for sharing your special place with us!
