Lake Easton is also a gorgeous locale to explore, no matter the time of year. Send the kids (and the family dogs) out to collect kindling from the forested sections of the property, then light up a fire in the wood-burning stove to keep everyone toasty. Gaze out over Lavender Lake and the mountains, or switch on the living room TV and make snacks in the full kitchen for the ultimate game day! Outside, fire up the gas grill and gather around the picnic table for the perfect summertime cookout, then take the three kayaks out onto the lake and relax on the water. You can also light a fire out in the firepit for fun times together under the stars. Things to Know Firewood is provided for guests. A snowblower is in the garage for guest use if needed. A 4x4 or equivalent is required to reach this home in winter. It is a flat road, but snow can get deep between plows.

There was nothing worth complaining about here. Aside from a minor inconvenience, the house was very clean and furnished with everything needed fire food prep. And the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved the size of this house. There was 5 in our group but had more family come and go through our stay and it fit us well. The property was big and private. We got a bit of snow while we were there so that was great for the kids. The location was right off the freeway and an easy 20 mins to Roslyn, where we spent much of our time. The mattresses were all awesome - nice memory foam. The bad: the house needs some serious attention. Lots of things were quite rundown and in poor shape (pans, kitchenware, furniture, etc). It is mentioned that the water is quite hard, which wasn’t a big issue for us. We came prepared with our own water. The problem lies with all the damage the hard water is doing to things - think rusty /barely draining bathroom sink and rusty pans. The toilets were completely brown! Overall the place was not very clean (used breath strip on our nightstand!) and all the hard water damage really gave the ick. Dishwasher was scary gross and not even attached to the counter. When you opened the door, the whole thing came out! Overall, it worked for us. Its price was the cheapest and now we know why. The space was great, we had a good time but wouldn’t return in its current condition. I did report the poor cleaning and Vacasa refunded us half the cleaning fee, which was very nice.

The house is in a nice location. Kitchen is fully stocked. The back patio is lovely. Didn't have time to use the provided Kayaks.

The house was roomy with good pieces of furniture and cozy beds. The biggest issue was the smelly water. We all declined to use it to brush our teeth and used bottled water instead.
