The property was repeatedly highlighted as spotless, clean, well maintained, and exactly as pictured. Its setting was appreciated for being peaceful, private, and conveniently close to Penn Yan, wineries, restaurants, grocery stores, and local attractions. Guests especially loved the gorgeous views of Keuka Lake, the surrounding vineyards, and the memorable sunrises enjoyed from the deck and large windows. Very nice property exceptionally clean and well furnished home on a peaceful piece on land with incredible views. The only negative was due to the well, a strong sulfur smell anytime water was used.

This property is a little piece of heaven. The view!!! Open your eyes to it if you sleep in the loft. It’s quiet well-maintained and 10 minutes drive to restaurants and grocery stores.

Sweet cottage with open floorplan and inviting deck to enjoy the morning sunrise with a cup of coffee. Private vineyard adjacent to property and treed areas surround the property and attract beautiful deer to watch. Very clean and tidy. This property is on well water which has a sulphur smell and may not be for everyone.

The home is beautiful nicely decorated everything appeared new Las Vegas is very nicely done we can’t wait to book another trip there quiet peaceful area close to so many vineyards and breweries. Everything was just an excellent experience.
