Stayed here for a ski trip to Gore. It was great overall. It is cozy and comfortable, even nicer than the pictures suggest. Everything was clean and worked well. The kitchen was great. We cooked a lot and especially enjoyed the rice cooker! A really nice house for a winter weekend.

We checked in on January 30th at around 1:30 a.m., arriving in the middle of a deep freeze — 12 below zero. Upon arrival, we discovered the home had lost roughly half its heat, with the interior temperature around 52 degrees and one bedroom receiving most of the heat. The next morning, we made the best of it — had breakfast and headed out skiing at Gore (about a 25-minute drive). From that morning on, our home manager and guest contact, Prudence, stepped in and truly made a difference. She addressed the issues promptly, was genuine, capable, and clearly cared about our experience. Without Prudence’s responsiveness and dedication, this ski trip would have been very difficult. Her support quite literally saved our vacation, and we’re very grateful.
