Lots of space, good location, everything we needed

We loved the location both for walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc. Also it is short distances to the Lake and Windmill Village, etc. It is a clean and well stocked older home with much character. Unlike other places we have stayed they put a lot of effort into supplying the kitchen, bathrooms with everything you might need. Thank you for such a pleasant surprise!

The home was exactly as described on VRBO—beautiful, clean, comfortable, and truly dog-friendly. We especially appreciated the clear, reasonable house rules, which made expectations easy to understand and follow. It was a wonderful place to stay, and we appreciate the host for providing such a lovely, well-maintained home.

We were surprised at how large the home was! It has been remodeled and is lovely! Modern and easy to keep up with during our stay. For a pet friendly property we did not see human or pet hairs upon checking in! The amenities were above and beyond and well thought out. We visited with family on the lake during most of our stay but enjoyed coming home to such a spacious and clean property at the end of the day. The home was quiet yet convenient and walkable to Penn Yan. We would stay here again!

Overall we had an awesome stay. It is an old house, although it was well maintained and partially renovated. We would like to compliment especially the kitchen which is nicely renovated and is well equipped. The house is clean and spacious. It is located within walking distance to Penn Yan downtown that offers a number of stores, restaurants, breweries and attractions. A backyard parking is conveniently available for guests. We will definitely recommend this house for families or groups of guest visiting Finger Lakes area, especially the Keuka Lake. The hosting company Vacasa is very welcoming, communicative and flexible. Also, we will suggest updating the lights in the dining room to have a brighter, more refreshing atmosphere. We dined in the kitchen simply because the light was much brighter there and the atmosphere was more cozy and comfy.
