Basic Adirondack Camp is described as a cozy, comfortable, family-friendly lakeside retreat that served guests well for relaxing stays and family gatherings. Guests appreciated the inviting camp-style layout, comfortable beds and linens, updated kitchen essentials, and thoughtful supplies such as towels. The property was frequently praised for being very clean, nicely kept, and well suited for a comfortable stay. Its setting on the lake was a standout, with guests enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, convenient location, and easy access to the surrounding area. The outstanding dock and stunning water views were especially memorable, creating a dreamy backdrop for swimming, fishing, and quiet evenings by the fire pit and picnic area. Guests also enjoyed the outdoor grill, shallow shoreline area, and the welcoming experience of bringing their dog along.

We recommend bringing bottled water for cooking and drinking. **Trash service is not available at this property. This property is located in an area administered by the Adirondack Park Commission. As with many remote homes in the Adirondack Park, this is a carry-in, carry-out location. Please take trash to the Chestertown Landfill/Transfer Station. We recommend calling early in your stay to find out fees and open days.

Basic cabin on lovely lake. The lake was clear and we enjoyed Kayaking and swimming . We were blessed with cool quiet nights.

Cabin was just enough for our visit. Basic needs were available except drinking / cooking water. Though not too much trouble, it would be nice to be able to drink the water from the faucet. Otherwise home and outside area (fire pit / picnic area ) were wonderful

We very much enjoyed this simple Adirondack cabin, the fireplace by the lake and the stunning views. Our only concerns were that the water comes from the lake (we wish we had been advised) and that lake access from the dock is very difficult to maneuver.
