This property was in a great location! 10-15 minute drive to everything we wanted to do! Lovely landscaping and grounds for pets. Well maintained yard.

What a wonderful place to stay for our girls' getaway to Seneca Lake! The home is beautifully tucked away in nature while still being conveniently close to the local wineries and attractions. One of our favorite parts of the trip was sitting outside in the evenings with a glass of wine, listening to the birds, crickets, and sounds of nature after a day of exploring. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and having two bathrooms with showers worked out perfectly for our group of six ladies getting ready for wine tours each morning! The home had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in wine country!

Property is nice, probably would get very buggy in the summer since lots of standing water in the lawn, the furniture is very comfortable. But unfortunately the oven/range barely worked, took about 2 hours to heat to 350 definitely underpowered/ not installed correctly. Severely lacking cooking utensils, had to buy really basic stuff to cook. Floor had nails sticking up we had to cover up. Grill was garbage. Hygiene products found under blanket on a bed makes me think they don't change the sheets between guests and just tuck them in. They should have high visibility tape on the underside of the staircase since it's way too easy to hit your head on it since it passes through the walkway to the front door. Bring bottled water the tap water is SKETCHY, smelled weird at times and they had a (possibly) radon mitigation system for the water? With some relatively easy/ inexpensive work and better management this would be a phenomenal property. I wish it was warmer to take advantage of the pond. Close by to so many attractions but far enough away to be quiet and private. Back patio is beautiful and a very nice space. Bathrooms are clean and well stocked. They provided dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, PLENTY of propane for outside grill and gas fire pit.

Very nice cozy home. Loved to.was close to all our favorite places to go. Property was well maintained and clean. Home fit our needs. Bathrooms where nice and up-to-date, same with kitchen. Would love to visit during summer so we could utilize the out door space. Would definitely come back to this place again
