Avant Garde Seneca

This home is a true gem. The cliffside view of the water was so beautiful and being up in the canopy of trees was amazing for birdwatching. We loved sitting on the beach skipping rocks, and jumping off the dock into the clear water. The second bedroom is accessible only by exterior stairs, which was fine for our older kids. You can tell the owners really care about their guest experience, we found all sorts of extra amenities like beach towels, and board games tucked away!

This house is very comfortable, well appointed and a beautiful location. We enjoyed our time at the dock - reading and relaxing. It is a great jumping off point for Watkins Glen State Park and close to many wineries. The internet connection is slow, so we were not able to watch any TV. It was great to be in nature.

Great dock

This contemporary home is beautifully and simply furnished with everything you need. The site is stunning; like a treehouse in the woods with a spectacular view of the lake through the trees. So peaceful and so serene. Ahhh…

We booked this as a weekend away but still close to home, and couldn't have been more relaxed. We basically just stayed in bed all day listening to the waves on the beach and the birds in the trees. We didn't want to leave! Neighbors are close but there's only 2 spots you can see them, so everything felt very private. So impressed with the property that we're now looking at other places the company manages for future escapes.

The highlight of the property is definitely the gorgeous deck and private dock.
