THINGS TO KNOW Access to the second bedroom is from the outside since it is not connected to the main house. Air-conditioning is provided for each room via energy-efficient split unit systems. This contemporary home is beautifully and simply furnished with everything you need. The site is stunning; like a treehouse in the woods with a spectacular view of the lake through the trees. So peaceful and so serene. Ahhh…

We booked this as a weekend away but still close to home, and couldn't have been more relaxed. We basically just stayed in bed all day listening to the waves on the beach and the birds in the trees. We didn't want to leave! Neighbors are close but there's only 2 spots you can see them, so everything felt very private. So impressed with the property that we're now looking at other places the company manages for future escapes.

The location is perfect, right on the water. The property is very professionally designed and managed. We can tell the host pays close attention to details like providing a coat rack and shoe rack. Property is clean. Everything we needed to cook and grill was provided. The only small thing was there were a lot of flies and bugs, and the host didn’t address it during our stay.

Avant Garde is a quiet Weehouse right on Seneca Lake with beautiful lake access and views. Modern in design and very well put together. The description getting there is exactly as listed but once there it is perfect for a getaway.
