Newly renovated, this charming, single-level vacation rental boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen for easy meal prep, a dining area with a table and chairs for meals or game nights, and a sunlit living area with a comfortable sofa bed, TV, and amazing views of the Hudson River. Additional features include a firepit out in the yard (firewood provided), portable air-conditioning units, an air fryer, and a private washer/dryer. A charcoal grill is provided; guests must bring their own charcoal House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
