This lovely home is a great place for families to come together and spend time on a beautiful lake. There were kayaks, a sea mat and many floats the use. The kids loved having some hot tub time after the lake and then relaxing in the basement and playing video games. The location near Penn Yan makes things easy in terms of grocery shopping, going out to eat or getting pizza delivered. If you are visiting during the peak of summer bring a few fans as the upstairs "kids room" is toasty. Overall a great place to stay that is well maintained and comfortable for a large group.

This home was exceptional. Extremely clean, well stocked for cooking and the beds were comfortable. We used the fire pit one night and there was even plenty of wood stacked nearby to make the fire. The grill propane tanks were empty when we arrived and I texted the property manager and they were refilled immediately. It is a very well managed property!! We highly recommend!

Relaxing weekend filled with laughs and good food! The view from the deck was lovely and the house well equipped for all of our needs. I’m a sucker for good utensils and sharp knives - had everything we could’ve needed. Day trip out to the wind mill for some and a relaxing soak in the Hot tub for others in our group.
