Overview

This home sits directly on the waterfront of Keuka Lake, mere minutes from the Keuka Lake Wine Trail and the villages of Branchport and Hammondsport. You'll have access to wonderful swimming, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, and fishing (bring your fishing poles) right outside your door. Spend your days touring nearby vineyards, strolling through Apple Barrel Orchards, shopping for crafts at Windmill Farm and Craft Market, hiking at Watkins Glen State Park, or taking in some local history at the Finger Lakes Boating Museum. THINGS TO KNOW Canoe, kayak, and stand-up paddleboards provided No bonfires are allowed. There are 20-30 steps down to the cottage. Boat lift and boat docking on property are for private use only. This property DOES NOT have a Washer/Dryer Available.

Cute cozy cottage right on the lake. Close to many wineries and distilleries. Easy to get to any location you want. Very quiet and peaceful. Great relaxation!
