To cool off during the hot summer months, enjoy or playing at Ken’s Lake (nine miles away). Do you have a love for National and State Parks? Explore the nearby Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, just a two mile drive out. Things to know: Free WiFi and cable Full kitchen RVs/motorhomes/trailers may only park on the street or in the designated parking area for the facility. Please note that the swimming pool is seasonal and only open and available for use from mid-April through the end of October (weather permitting). *2026 Hot Tub Closure: Please note that hot tub will be closed June 7th - Aug 23rd 2026 while our HOA constructs a new hot tub (these dates are subject to change). This is a good quiet location not far from busy town. Although we were too busy to use, the pool is right out the front door. The patio is also nice area to relax. Kitchen well stocked. Would stay here again.

Wow...this townhome was far greater than expected. The place was spotless, roomy, comfortable, and a great value. We used the gas grill 3 nights for dinner. Being just south of Moab it is a mere 5-10 minutes from any thing you need for supplies, food, and gas. We will absolutely book this same unit the next time we are in Moab.
