Townhome in Rim Village with Red Rock Views, Community Pool & Hot Tub

Community pool was nice. Spacious, safe and quiet location. Comfortable beds and pillows. Would stay here again.

This was a great home base for our visit to Moab. We loved using the pool and the rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for simple cooking. It’s a bit outside of town which meant it was quiet and perfect for stargazing!

K2 had plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 4 children. The kitchen was well supplied. It was great to have access to a pool and hot tub. The area was quiet. It was nice to be able to park in the attached garage.

Conveniently located at the far south end of Moab, so away from the bustle of town with incredible open views of the La Sal Mountains and Moab Rim from both inside the home (large windows facing both) and from the patio. There are only a couple of units in Rim Village that give you these kind of unobstructed views and this is one of them. Additionally, the night sky viewing is spectacular, since you are far enough away from town and facing south where this isn't much light pollution. We had 4, so there was plenty of room and would say 6 would feel the same way. 2 large comfortable couches would accommodate 6, plus both indoor and outdoor table do the same. Bonus is the nice window seating at both large windows. Nicely decorated with some great pictures of beautiful area scenery. We've been to Moab a half dozen times and feel this location is the most ideal for accessing the National and State Parks and other recreational areas in a large radius from this unit. This unit is exactly 10 miles from the Arches entrance, and downtown Moab is less than 5 miles, so you are quickly in town to go to restaurants and shopping.

We loved this house! It was clean, comfortable, and has a great layout for a family. It has a great view from the living room of the mountains and felt very peaceful. Our kids loved the close walking distance to the pool and hot tub. We also loved the gas fireplace for cozy evenings. The beds were also very comfortable. Looking forward to coming back on our next trip!

I have stayed in many places in Moab, Utah. It is a favorite place of mine. K2, Rim Village, definitely was one of, if not the, most comfortable. And, it has the best view. Completely unobstructed. The unit is very quiet no matter what is going on with the complex. It faces south and looks over pasture. The views of both red rock rims are amazing. K2 was a great location for me to get to my trails during EJS. The owner and the management company were responsive, informative and helpful. I hope to return!
