This property is on the south end of Moab in a quiet neighborhood, which we appreciated. Having 2 full baths was helpful after a full day of hiking and everyone wanted a shower. We cooked in because one of our party has a disability and cannot eat out. The kitchen had all you need to cook full meals plus the grill outside meant we didn't heat up the house. We had to watch a YouTube video to see how to run the thermostat but it kept creeping back up to 88 in the middle of the night. The paint and interior details could use a refresh, but the beds were comfortable.

This property was so well situated for visits to Arches and Canyonlands. It was clean, quiet and comfortable with quick access to great restaurants and shops. We especially loved the pastries on Main Street!

It's a nice neighborhood. It was quiet. Seemed safe. I think all the units around us were similar rentals. The basic amenities are all there. It was clean. The washer and dryer were awesome. Two minor detractors. The keypad to unlock the front door is very sensitive. Press too firmly and you get red. A 10-digit entry code is ridiculous. It was frustrating. We pressed the right numbers, but it would reject the input. The second thing is the house needs some basic upkeep. Patches on walls that aren't painted. It needs some effort. Overall it met our needs and worked out well for us.

It was the perfect location for our weekend getaway to golf and swim with family. Just out of the hustle and bustle of town it was nice, quiet, and slow. The back grassy area was perfect to relax in after a day of outings. The condo itself could use some updates and/or a deep cleaning. Its apparently been a short term rental for a long time.

They didn't give us the right information about getting into the unit so it was difficult to get in. The oven and several areas were very dirty. It was disappointing that the two bedrooms upstairs shared a bath which was not how it was actually described but it was not good and the unit basically was just not clean and it was very disappointing
