Head south and there are countless other options to explore like the Hole in the Rock and Wilson arch. The queen bunk bed will assure everyone has a comfy place to sleep. After a hard day of playing and exploring, You'll enjoy amenities like cable TV, Netflix streaming, free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, well-appointed kitchen, and a patio. Enjoying the year-round playground of Moab is a pleasure in this Utah home. Things to Know Please note: This home is located next to Highway 191. There is a large sound wall but you may still hear highway traffic noise. This highway is a two-lane highway and posted at 65 MPH. If you are a very light sleeper or this traffic noise may bother you, you may want to consider staying somewhere else. This home is beautiful and has ample parking for large vehicles and trailers. The internet/wifi is slow and spotty in the area. If you plan to work remotely you may experience poor internet service.

Beautiful spacious home with wonderful views out of the front and back of the home. We felt very comfortable and not cramped of felt enclosed in the home. The ability to park our car inside the garage was an added plus. Has all the amenities needed to us to cook, relax and lounge for our 6 days. Yes, you do hear a little road noise, but the glass/windows are sealed well enough that it never disturbed our sleep or relaxation while there. We will check for availability again while in Moab in the future.

We rented all 7 of the condo's. We do it ever year. The staff is always very friendly and the units are very clean and the hottubs are great. Thanks again for everything.

The house met our needs and was convenient to Moab. I knew the listing said it would be loud due to road traffic, but wow it was significant. Lots of Jake breaking from trucks all night. The beds were very noisy. We could hear my son turn over in the bunk bed every time he moved. The bed linens were fairly low quality. The house was clean but only superficially - there was food debris and items under the sofa along with significant dust there, on baseboards, and vents. No wifi information was provided in the info binder, but we were able to figure it out ourselves. Although we did not see any rodents, we did notice many traps for them in the home. No code info was provided for the garage, so it felt like an extra step when we needed to park inside. For this trip, it met our needs but we would not stay here in the future.

The home is just outside of downtown Moab, great location for quiet. The highway can be heard but it’s not consistent traffic, the view of the rim out weighs the noise 😉. Home is very beautiful with great amenities. Linens, travel toiletries, dishes, cookware, bedding, and washer/dryer (including detergent). We were very pleased with the home and location.
