Mountain Rim Village View Home with Private Hot Tub and Shared Pool - Dog Friendly

The home was perfect. Very clean and comfortable.

This home had some good and some not so good things about it. The location was good. It was far enough away from the busy main road that it was nice. The views were pretty good the decor was cute. The main bedroom bed was comfortable enough. The pillows were bad. Some were like concrete. They are just old. The sheets and towels were all stained permanently dirty looking. The floors were dirty. I was aware that it was a pet friendly unit and was pleasantly surprised that there was not a ton of pet hair. Some but not too much. The 10 digit code to get in every time you come and go was a bit much. Upgrading to a more modern system would be so much nicer. The garage was so nice to have but having to have one person close the garage door and then go out the front of the house and use the 10 digit code to lock the door was very inconvenient. If you were alone that would be so inconvenient and stop me from renting this place again. We were really looking forward to using the hot tub but it needs to be retired or at the very least needs a new cover. The cover is falling apart and degrading so badly that pieces of plastic fall in the water and they don’t supply a skimmer to remove the pieces. We didn’t get in it the whole weeks stay because of the crap in the water. The main bedroom tub/shower is old and shows its age. The shower curtain is a dark light blocking curtain and it’s very dark in the shower making it hard to shave if you’re someone who does that in the shower. They did provide shampoo, conditioner and shower gel but we barely had enough for our stay. I think it just wasn’t checked by the housekeepers. It did smell nice though. The hair dryer in the second bathroom didn’t work. The TV in the main bedroom was ancient. Not modern with apps. Not a smart TV. The TV in the main living area was good. It would have been great to have cushions for the outdoor furniture. It was uncomfortable to sit on it. We really liked the stove top. It had a griddle in the center that made it great for pancakes and other grilled items. The BBQ was good and had plenty of gas for our stay. This unit needs a deep clean and some upgrades if that was done we would stay here again. But as is. We would choose another unit in Rim Village.

We loved the location. Feel we paid too much for the property for the condition it was in.

Great location right outside of town. The hot tub was great after a long day of play and the pool was perfect for the heat of the day. Garage made life easy. The home is beautiful, beds are comfortable, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again! Huge bonus on it being pet friendly. Housekeeping does a phenomenal job between pets - my dog wasn't sniffing other dogs and didn't see any pet hair.

One of the nicest furnished places we’ve stayed at in Rim Village. Kitchen was well stocked. Could’ve done without all the pet hair on the spare blankets though.
