A beautiful view of Saratoga Passage, Camano Island, and the sun rising over the Cascades filters through a bank of Douglas fir at this home in the outskirts of Coupeville. With over an acre of waterfront property, this is a place for taking in the beauty of Whidbey Island - watching eagles overhead from the deck and wandering down the stretch of pebbly beach. This two-story home sits on Whidbey's eastern shore, where it boasts 100 feet of tidelands on Saratoga Passage. It's a wonderful setting for your island excursions, close to the ferry dock (five miles), charming downtown Coupeville (six miles), Fort Casey State Park (six miles), and the oceanfront Bluff Trail at Ebey's Landing (seven miles). Each morning here begins outside, on a 700-square-foot deck that wraps around the back of the house. It's a lovely spot for coffee at sunrise, afternoon barbecues, and evenings spent sipping wine with a view of the water below. Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows frame the same majestic view, while the open floor plan enhances the natural light. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a walk-in pantry, a dining space that opens to the deck, and two adjacent sitting areas - one with a TV for movie nights. There's also a cozy den with another TV, a loft where you can escape to log onto the complimentary WiFi, and an in-home washer/dryer for your convenience. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The minute I opened the front door, I was stunned by the 2-story East facing wall of windows with an amazing view of Camano Island across the bay. We were there for 16 days and the view never got old...constantly changing with the days and hours. We saw deer, quail, bald eagles and a great blue heron right in the backyard! The deck runs the full width of the home with the same magnificent view. This home had everything we needed for our group of 5 adults. The master bedroom with ensuite bath had a shower and a tub and the hall bath had a large shower. The beds were very comfortable and everyone said they slept very well. The area is very quiet most of the time, but there are jet flyovers from the nearby Naval air field at times which are noticeable. The Vacasa management company was immediately responsive by text. The home is located right in the middle of Whidbey Island. It is a 10 minute drive to historic Coupeville which has a grocery store and lots of walkable shops and restaurants. It is a half hour drive from the ferry at the South end of the island and about a 45 minute drive to Deception Pass on the North. Highly recommend the restaurant at Captain Whidbey Inn, The Osprey and the Front Street Grill restaurants in Coupeville and Callen's Restaurant across from the Coupeville Ferry dock. We had a wonderful vacation at this lovely home.

A very nice house in a convenient and beautiful location. The Star Wars VHS was a treat. For anyone looking to stay anywhere in the Coupeville area of Whidbey, be aware the navy practices low altitude flights various times during the weekdays. Wouldn’t have been a problem but my father has PTSD.

Nice home for our sibling reunion retreat for the six of us senior adults. Very clean and up to date. Private, beautiful view of the water and located in the country. Even saw a deer in the back yard! Needs a few more small touches to make it a 5 star but overall liked it and would stay there again.
