Overview
With a beautifully remodeled interior and views of Mt. Baker on a clear day, this historic Coupeville farmhouse is perfect for your next family vacation to Whidbey Island. Spend your days kayaking and hiking on the island's shores, and return home to a dog-friendly living space, a wood-burning stove, and a selection of board games for your entertainment. Outside, there's a large area for the kids to play and plentiful outdoor seating if you want to gaze at the night sky in the absence of light pollution. What's nearby: This home sits across the road from the Naval Outlying Field Coupeville (NOLF Coupeville), where Navy jets perform their night flight training (which results in both a neat scene to observe and loud noises that can occur late at night). Here in the middle of the island, you'll find it easy to go both north and south, and there's a bike trail nearby that makes for easy excursions. The cottage is four miles southeast of downtown Coupeville's shops and restaurants, six miles east of the incredible Bluff Trail at Ebey's Landing, eight miles north of walking trails and Whidbey Pies Cafe at Greenbank Farm, and 15 miles south of Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. With Deception Pass State Park only 23 miles north, you'll quickly find this area to be a hiker's dream. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen Dog-friendly. Up to two dogs allowed. The neighboring airstrip is home to the night flight training of Navy jets, which translates to loud noises

It was so peaceful and serene. It's close enough to do things in the area but far enough away to be peaceful.
My friends and I stayed in this gorgeous historic home for 2 nights and enjoyed everything about it. It was clean and comfy and quiet. We had deer grazing on the enormous field surrounding the home, apple trees, a fire pit with comfy chairs, and a sunset that you only see in pictures. We all went home revitalized and relaxed.

Great place and location
ZERO privacy. Had to unplug security cameras because the owners were watching us go in and out of the home. I have little girls and that’s creepy. Listing said cameras were fixed in position. But that’s false. Lots of complaining from owners over every little thing. Other than that it’s a nice place with great location
The home is in a beautiful location and beds were comfortable.
