Stunning Waterfront Home on Fisherman Bay with Sunset Views and Ping Pong

Spacious living room and upstairs loft which were great spaces for our 3 grandchildren. Kitchen was very well equipped with utensils, glasses, plates, bowls, etc. Outside covered portico had a dart board and ping pong table and there was a large deck with picnic table that offered incredible views of the bay below. The house was a perfect fit for our family of 9.

Family of 4 adults and 3 kids under age 7 were very happy to arrive to this home to find it very clean and ready for our 3 night visit. We created 2 dinners, both using the excellent Weber grill outside. We all enjoyed playing ping pong and darts, all with adequate equipment and all in good condition. The weather wasn't great but the fabulous view from the living room made jigsaw puzzles and chats really enjoyable. We saw 4 deer in the yard 2 evenings; lovely. We went hiking 2 days and saw sea lions, lots of birds, and even a pair of puffins. We had one lunch at Blue Heron which exceeded our expectations and utterly delicious take-out soups made by Vortex and purchased at Blossom Grocery. Lopez Island is always a pleasure to visit, and this stay proved to be one of our best ever due to the fantastic house stay and activities.

The moment we stepped through the front door, it was clear we were entering a well-kept and very clean home, which was enhanced by the lovely furnishings, spacious layout, and most of all the spectacular bay view. The home is as good if not better than how it looks in photos. We enjoyed the many comforts of this delightful home and found the location to be ideally situated on Lopez Island. Nearby, we could rent bicycles and ride easily into the village or drive a short way to county & state parks. Our fondest experience among many was simply enjoying the glorious bay view and sunset glow from the comfort of the living room easy chairs. We highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

The home has large windows so that you can enjoy and expansive view of the bay. Our first night we sat there for over two hours, just watching as the water and sky changed colors. We saw a plethora of birds and even a seal, along with a few sail boats moored in the bay. The kitchen is well equipped and is comfortable to sit and cook and eat together. We also grilled some burgers on the Weber grill. I can honestly say this is the nicest vacation rental I have ever experienced.

Always an amazing place. Love it May when it is cool and few people. Will be back next year!
