This is a cute place in a great location. We had deer in the garden every day and whales were feeding just below the rear garden. You could not ask for more ! We had a great time
Quaint and cozy beach cabin with all the things you’ll need for your stay. Well stocked kitchen, comfy living room, nice bed and bath. Great for a couple.
Beautiful location, beautiful home, easy access to shopping.
Really nice experience overall. My mom and I stayed here for 2 nights over Labor Day weekend. She slept in the main house and I slept in the guest cottage. We loved the beautiful view from the back porch. It was SO quiet and we wondered if the neighbors were even home. The inside of the house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed in the remodeled kitchen - fridge with water & ice dispenser, dishwasher, stove, microwave, air fryer/toaster, cooking utensils, lots of cookware and serveware, and there were some basic oils and spices available. There was a small basket of complimentary snacks (crackers, spreads) placed on the kitchen counter, which was a welcoming touch. I couldn’t make sense of the fancy espresso machine - I’ve never used one before, and there were no instructions, nor was there any coffee provided. Thankfully my mom and I brought our own instant coffee which was just fine. There was also another type of kettle-style coffee pot that I wasn’t familiar with. Probably many people out there know how to use that style, but I didn’t. There wasn’t a “standard” drip machine. The remodeled bathrooms were nice as well, and there were some basic bath products available - hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Lots of clean towels were provided. There was a good amount of empty storage space to place our toiletries. The smart TV had a lot of streaming apps available and we were able to watch a movie by signing into my personal Apple TV+ account. Just remember to sign out! A couple of picky things - we felt like the dining room furniture was awkwardly arranged. The large table and chairs were hard to scoot in and out because the space was so snug. Also, there is a hanging light fixture above the kitchen island that we couldn’t figure out how to turn on - maybe needs a new bulb. It’s suspended at the exact height of my head, so I kept bumping my head on it. All in all, we really enjoyed the place and may even book again next year to see if any more updates are made.
