I loved the location - it was close to Moran State Park and close to "town". Only about 10 minutes in both directions. Off the main road enough for privacy. Perfect for my 2 day stay with daughter. We hiked and tooled around the island. Loved it - will be back.

The house is minimal, but is in a great location - just a few minutes from Eastsound. It is a great, minimalist escape.

The four of us - me and my college bound daughter, my friend and her teen daughter, shared this house for a quick getaway. My friend lives in Seattle, I am visiting from Colorado. We love the location of the cabin. It was a very short drive (5min) from downtown and 20min drive from the marina of our outings. The cabin is not too far from the main highway but it is super quiet. One of the reviewer talked about window having no coverage - that's only the main floor on one side. Bedrooms have double curtins with black out. The two bedrooms are on 2nd floor, one has a queen size bed, the other has two twin beds. Upstair has high ceiling, it feels spacious. There are two bathroom with showers which is very welcoming after our sea kayaking outing. We will be back again if we are ever on Orcas Island. We only stayed for one night and eat out every meals so we didn't use the kitchen. But we used one of the game, it is very nice to have games to choose from.

We loved our stay! Super spacious cabin, close to everything, and well-stocked! We loved listening to the creek close by and sitting on the patio. It would be awesome with some comfier beds and furniture but no big deal. A dedicated space to set up the fire pit would have been really nice as well. The clear glass front door was a little bit unsettling but not a huge deal since the cabin is tucked away. Overall a very convenient an cozy stay.
