It's a mere 50 yards to the entrance of the Greenbank off-leash area for dogs and the trail system surrounding Greenbank Farm - a Whidbey Island landmark known for its lovely grounds and delicious pies. Spend your days outside on the large deck, where you'll find cushioned outdoor sofas, a gas fire table to use on foggy mornings and evenings, and a built-in pizza oven to make alfresco dinners all the more special. Down below, there's a spacious patio and a backyard where your kids can burn off their energy. As the day winds down, have a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Inside, the main living space is upstairs on the second floor, offering plenty of mid-century style, a wood-burning fireplace, and picture windows that frame the sound. The open kitchen and dining room boast the same beautiful view. At night, retreat downstairs to a family room with an air hockey table, a play tent for the kids, and a soft sectional where you can watch movies. We love Whidbey Island and have rented at least 5 homes there. This was our favorite! The layout of the house is so comfortable with plenty of seating inside and outside. The dog park next door is 150 acres so even if you don’t have a dog you should walk it. We enjoyed the hot tub and the morning views of the water and the mountains. A great space for 6 people and a dog. We’ll be back!

Our stay with a group of friends was fantastic. The house is very comfortable--everyone commented how shockingly comfortable all of the beds are. The hot tub and fireplace are great bonuses. The location offers a lovely water view and is a quick walk away from Greenbank farm. There are neighbors but it felt quite private and quiet. Also, the kitchen--absolutely the best-stocked kitchen of any rental property our group has stayed in. Sharp knives, tons of serving platters & bowls, multiple cutting boards--it's like a real kitchen for people who like to cook. and the pizza oven on the deck was a treat and saved us when the island how a power outage one day, it was excellent for an improvised breakfast.

Our second stay in Hawk Lane and it was even better than the first time, just perfect for beach walks, pizza and sunsets on the deck, and a perfect location. Everywhere we wanted to visit (especially Langley, Coupeville, local beaches) was so easy to get to. This house is just perfect, so comfortable and peaceful we can't wait for our next stay!

Excellent central location on Whidbey. Can get to state parks, beaches, gardens, towns, ferry access with a short drive, and the Greenbank farm is within a couple minutes drive. plenty of space for a family, and an open kitchen that’s good size. Also a fun deck with good views, and good hot tub

We have been to Whidbey several times, but this house was great! More than enough space for our family. It would be a great setup for two families or multiple generations. My kids loved the air hockey table and pizza oven. The home is Ina very convenient location near Greenbank Farm. This is center island, so easy to move north or south to check out different sites.
