There are three things you need to know. One: The Airbnb is not on the beach. It is a block away with no beach access. Two: if you park in front, you will get tree sap on your vehicle. It is very hard to get off. Three: I had issues with there being a leak from the freezer onto the floor and I cleaned it up three times over the week. Other than that, it is a beautiful area. The home is very comfortable and it is very clean. The last thing I want to say is that I am very tired of paying a service fee to Vrbo when I rent from Vacasa. I feel like I am being ripped off.

This was the 2nd Christmas that we rented this unit over the holidays visiting friends who live on Bell's Beach. Last year it all worked great but this year we were frustrated that the outlets in the kitchen didn't work and was not resolved during our stay which meant we couldn't use the microwave and had to move the coffee maker into the living room. We also had challenges with the key pad but if those issues could be addressed, we would probably return given the proximity to our friends who live in the area. The unit itself is more than adequate for two people and the bed is excellent. And of course, the view can't be beat.

This is a sweet little place on Whidbey with a nice view of the water. Close enough to Langley to pop in but not right in the heart. It had everything we needed for a weekend getaway for 2.
