Due to the Beaver Lake Corps of Engineers Shoreline rules, docks cannot be accessed by vacation rental guests (other than commercial docks at marinas). Alpine Park is the nearest boat launch (four miles). Beaver Lake does permit temporary shoreline mooring (24 hours), although it is a rocky shore. You can swim, float, fish, and access the shoreline without any issues.
