Quiet neighborhood, a maximum of 2 miles from anything. Easy biking all over the parts of Bentonville one would care to visit, including the museum, numerous bike parks, and a pretty good barbershop.

The house was nicely laid out and perfectly set up for a weekend to ride bikes or just hang out. The bike shed an extra room out back huge backyard and cozy inside really made for a fantastic stay. We walked down to the first Friday Festival and we were biking to the trails in no time at all. I would definitely stay at this place and we've stayed at a lot in Bentonville.
