Guests have private use of the entire home, backyard, and garage. The garage is available for vehicle parking and provides secure storage for bicycles between rides. The outdoor area includes a gas grill and firepit. Guests enter through an electronic lock using a unique access code assigned to each reservation.

The Hemingway is located in a residential area near downtown Bentonville. Orchards Park and Memorial Park are nearby, providing convenient access to playgrounds, sports facilities, and outdoor recreation. Downtown restaurants, shops, and the Bentonville Square are within walking or biking distance. The home is also conveniently positioned for visiting Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, the Scott Family Amazeum, The Momentary, 8th Street Market, and Bentonville’s network of mountain-biking and greenway trails.
