Welcome to Mountain Biker Delight, a comfortable three-bedroom woodland retreat accommodating up to six guests with direct access to Bella Vista’s Tunnel Vision Trail. Designed for cyclists, families, and outdoor travelers, the home features comfortable gathering areas, a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and a washer and dryer. A secure bike-storage area is located in the carport and protected by an electronic door-handle lock. After a day on the trails, guests can relax on the furnished deck or patio and prepare an outdoor meal using the gas grill.

Guests have access to the home, furnished deck, patio, gas grill, designated outdoor areas, and secure bike-storage area in the carport. Entry to the home uses a unique electronic code assigned to each reservation. Parking is limited to two vehicles. Guests can access the Tunnel Vision Trail directly from the property. Bella Vista guest amenity passes are not provided.

Mountain Biker Delight is located in a quiet wooded area of Bella Vista with direct access to the Tunnel Vision Trail. Bella Vista offers an extensive mountain-biking network along with golf courses, lakes, and other outdoor recreation. Bentonville’s downtown square, museums, restaurants, shopping, and additional cycling destinations are accessible by vehicle.

A vehicle is recommended for exploring Bella Vista, Bentonville, and Northwest Arkansas. Mountain bikers can ride directly from the property onto the Tunnel Vision Trail.

Guests can enjoy the home independently. Our local management team is available through the booking platform if assistance is needed before or during the stay.

Mountain Biker Delight accommodates a maximum of six guests, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Up to two dogs are welcome. No additional pets are permitted without prior approval. Smoking is not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The home uses privacy-compliant noise-monitoring technology to detect excessive sound levels and occupancy. It does not record conversations. Parking is limited to two vehicles. The property does not have a garage. Secure bike storage is located in the carport and protected by an electronic door-handle lock. Entry to the home uses a unique code assigned to each reservation. Two steps are required at the entrance. Bella Vista guest amenity passes are not included.
