The sleeping arrangements include one king bed, one queen bed, one double bed, and three single beds. No additional animals are permitted without prior approval. Smoking is not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The home uses privacy-compliant noise-monitoring technology to detect excessive sound levels and occupancy. It does not record conversations. The backyard is fully enclosed, but guests remain responsible for supervising children and dogs throughout the outdoor areas and cleaning up after their pets. The home has a single-level layout with no steps required at the entrance or inside. A jetted bathtub is available for guest use. The garage is available for vehicle parking and secure bicycle storage. Total parking is limited to six vehicles. Please turn off the gas grill and its fuel shutoff valve completely after every use.
