Guests have private use of the entire home, patio, backyard, seasonal swimming pool, and garage. The garage is available for guest parking and provides secure bicycle storage. Parking is available for up to two vehicles. Guests enter through an electronic lock using a unique access code assigned to each reservation. The pool is available from April through September.

The Betty is located in a residential Bentonville neighborhood approximately half a mile from Coler Mountain Bike Preserve. Coler offers miles of hiking and mountain-biking trails, including Family Flow, Thunderdome, and Fireline, along with Airship Coffee’s walk-in and bike-in café. Downtown Bentonville is approximately 1.3 miles away, providing convenient access to the Bentonville Square, local restaurants, shops, and community events. Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, Compton Gardens, and other Bentonville attractions are also within easy reach.

Coler Mountain Bike Preserve is approximately half a mile from the home and can be reached by bicycle or on foot. The garage provides secure bicycle storage between rides. Downtown Bentonville is approximately 1.3 miles away. A vehicle is recommended for exploring the wider Bentonville and Northwest Arkansas area. Parking is available for up to two vehicles.

Guests can enjoy the home privately throughout their stay. The local Casago Select Stays Arkansas team is available by phone or message if questions arise or assistance is needed.

The private outdoor pool is open seasonally from April through September. Pool availability outside those months is not guaranteed. The garage is available for guest parking and secure bicycle storage. Parking is limited to two vehicles. RVs and trailers are not permitted. No pets are allowed. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Entry is through an electronic lock with a unique code assigned to each reservation.
