The Dutchman

Welcome to The Dutchman, a spacious four-bedroom, two-bath retreat accommodating up to 12 guests in Bella Vista. The sleeping arrangements include one king bed, one queen bed, two twin beds, and three double beds. The open living area offers plenty of room for families and groups to gather, with comfortable seating, a television, and a gas fireplace. A well-equipped kitchen, dining space, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and a private washer and dryer provide the conveniences needed for a comfortable stay. Outside, guests can enjoy the expansive furnished deck and patio, prepare meals on the gas grill, or gather around the firepit. The surrounding lawn and wooded scenery create a peaceful setting for relaxing between Northwest Arkansas adventures. The garage provides secure bicycle storage and parking for up to two vehicles.

Parking is limited to four vehicles total, including the two garage spaces. Entry is through an electronic lock with a unique code assigned to each reservation. Detailed arrival and parking instructions will be provided before check-in.

The Dutchman is located in a peaceful residential setting in Bella Vista, convenient to the area’s mountain-biking and walking trails, lakes, golf courses, restaurants, and other outdoor recreation. Downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, shopping, dining, and additional Northwest Arkansas attractions are accessible by vehicle.

A vehicle is recommended for reaching the home and exploring Bella Vista, Bentonville, and Northwest Arkansas. Parking is limited to four vehicles total. Up to two vehicles may park in the garage, with space for two additional vehicles in the designated outdoor parking area.

Guests can enjoy the home independently. Our local management team is available through the booking platform if assistance is needed before or during the stay.

The Dutchman accommodates a maximum of 12 guests, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Pets and smoking are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The home uses privacy-compliant noise-monitoring technology to detect excessive sound levels and occupancy. It does not record conversations. The gas fireplace, gas grill, and firepit are available for guest use. Guests must turn off the fireplace and grill completely after use and observe any applicable local burn restrictions when using the firepit. Parking is limited to four vehicles total, including up to two vehicles in the garage. The garage also provides secure bicycle storage. There are no stairs required to enter or move through the home. Bella Vista guest amenity passes are not included. Entry is through an electronic lock with a unique code assigned to each reservation.
