Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two single beds in the third bedroom, with additional sleeping space available on the living room sofa. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to prepare meals and gather together. Step outside to your own private oasis and enjoy the Florida sunshine from the pool or outdoor seating area. The saltwater swimming pool is perfect for swimming, cooling off, or relaxing throughout your stay. Pool is heated to 80 from October 1st through May 1st, providing added comfort during the cooler months. The home offers the everyday amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer. The convenient single-level layout allows you to easily enjoy everything the home offers, whether you're preparing breakfast in the kitchen, relaxing in the living room, or heading outside for some pool time. Located in beautiful Punta Gorda, Plum Tree Paradise puts you within reach of the area's outdoor adventures, local shops, restaurants, fishing opportunities, cycling routes, and coastal attractions. Spend the day exploring, then return home to unwind. While weather conditions and natural disasters are beyond our control, we closely monitor conditions and take appropriate precautions when needed to help protect the property and our guests. Our cancellation and refund policy remains unchanged. If the home remains habitable, refunds will not be issued. We recommend purchasing trip insurance for additional protection and peace of mind when traveling during hurricane season. If a named storm is forecast for the area, our local team may take necessary property-protection measures, when conditions and circumstances allow. These preparations may include securing outdoor furniture, trash cans, and other items, unplugging televisions, turning off ice makers, and closing electric storm shutters. Any necessary preparations will be handled by our team, so guests can focus on enjoying their stay and staying informed about local weather conditions. Please note: Manual storm shutters are installed by the homeowners at their digression if available.
