With 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, two levels, and space for up to 10 guests, there is room for families, friends, golf groups, girls' getaways, and multigenerational stays to spread out comfortably. A grand entrance opens to multiple living spaces and cozy nooks, giving everyone a choice between gathering together and finding a quiet corner of their own. An elevator connects the three levels, while stairs are also located throughout the home. The gourmet kitchen is made for gathering, with double ovens, a stovetop, granite countertops, and window seating overlooking the marsh. Keep an eye out for herons, egrets, ospreys, colorful buntings, and other coastal birds - or use the telescope for an even closer look. At high tide, the water can reach the edge of the yard, and you may even spot dolphins playing in the marsh waterways. The home's Southern character continues into the comfortable bedrooms, while the spacious primary suite offers a dreamy retreat with a clawfoot soaking tub and separate shower featuring a fast, temperature-controlled start. After a beach day, the outdoor shower makes rinsing off sand easy before settling back into the comfort of home. Outside, multiple levels of decks create beautiful places to enjoy your surroundings - from morning coffee as the sun rises over the marsh to an evening drink while the sky turns golden. The natural setting changes with the tides, seasons, weather, and wildlife, making the view different every time you step outside. THINGS TO KNOW:

• Marsh setting: Enjoy changing tidal views, seasonal marsh grasses, and coastal birdlife. A telescope is provided, and dolphins may be spotted in the waterways at high tide.
• Coastal climate: Johns Island is warm and humid, with more rainfall and outdoor insects typically present in late spring and summer.Elevator & stairs: The home has an elevator for guest use, along with interior and exterior stairs. Elevator gates must be fully closed on each floor for operation.
• Beach access: A community boardwalk leads to the beach, approximately 1.5–2 miles from the home. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after beach days.
• Primary shower: The temperature-controlled shower starts at the temperature displayed. Please use caution when selecting the temperature.
• Guarded community: 24/7 gate access is provided. Guests should provide their name and property address upon arrival and use the parking passes provided by the gate attendant.
• Parking & trash: The garage is not available for guest use. Concierge trash service is provided.
• Primary bathroom: Please use care in this space; running or playing is not permitted.
• Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen includes convenient refrigerator/freezer drawers at the breakfast bar.
• Entry: Key access is provided through a lockbox.
