Great location for enjoying the beach, nearby hiking, and watching boats along the pier. The setting is really special, and we especially enjoyed the harbor views. There were a few areas where the experience could be improved. We had been looking forward to using the deck but found there were no chairs available during our stay, despite them being shown in the listing. We were told they were on order, so hopefully that’s resolved for future guests. Overall, this is a great spot with a lot of potential. With a few updates and some added attention to detail, it could be an even better stay.

Four of us stayed for 5 days and absolutely loved it. You just can NOT beat the location of this house for a stay on the Northern CA coast. Everything we needed was in Trinidad and having the pier and bay on one side of the house and the open beach on the other side was phenomenal. The house was spotless when we checked in and everything worked. Be aware that the oven is a small counter-top unit, so don't plan on roasting a turkey or anything, but it got the job just fine for our needs. Comfortable beds and furniture round out the whole experience.

We had the best time at this spot! The location cannot be beat - you are right by the head of Trinidad with a gorgeous 360 view. The big windows and natural light allow you to see the beautiful coast straight from the living room and kitchen. It's an older house but very functional and charming. Hot tub was great also - private, right under the stars, and you can listen to the waves crash on the shore. Will be returning!

We loved our stay at Seaside - it was a perfect base camp for our family trip to the Redwoods. We enjoyed being close to the beaches and having the hot tub was great. Service was very helpful!
